In October 2023, I spent a transformative month in Bali, where I completed my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification—a deep dive into advanced yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation, and breathwork. This milestone not only expanded my personal practice but also deepened my capacity to guide others with greater presence and integrity.
